Here's How to List

To list your property simply go the Contact Us page and select email for listing, also tell us what you want to list and which package you want (from below). We will contact you shortly via email with details on how to pay for your ad and how to get us the information for your listing. No property will be listed until payment is received.

Prices & Packages

When you are selling property, it seems like everyone has their hand in your pocket. We know this and that is why we try to keep this very simple. Unlike some firms which give listings for free, then charge buyers, or who expect a percentage commission, we simply ask for a flat fee. After that, all enquiries are routed directly to you and how you handle the transaction is your business. All enquiries are sent to you automatically by our system, we do not screen, view, or otherwise capture or divert your enquiry traffic.

We offer 3 options for listings:

(2) The Premium Listing

(3) Agent Packages (Multiple Listings)

How to Modify Your Listing

To modify the information in a published listing, go the Contact Us page and use the listing email, also tell us what you want to change and we will make the change for you shortly. Note we will only make corrections to errors in factual details -- we will not swap images or provide new or revised narrative text, so it is important that you make sure the ad content is correct when you submit your ad to us.

How to Remove a Listing

To cancel or remove a published listing, go the Contact Us page, send email for listing and tell us exactly which ad you wish to delete. We will verify this by email to the address of the original contact before we delete the listing. You must reply to the confirmation email or we will not remove the ad. Please note that while Basic Listings do expire automatically after 90 days, we do encourage you to notify us immediately when a property is taken off the market in order that our listings are accurate and that you are not bothered with unwanted enquiry emails.
